At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but we offer repair services free of charge.

To initiate your repair:

Click the "Contact" tab - provide your full name, email address, and order number in your message.
Tell us know which item is being repaired.

We will get back to you to provide you with the next steps and details for your return, including request for images, etc.

Please note: Repairs are dependent on the severity of damage, we cannot replace missing focal stones,

as all of our pieces are one of a kind.

*Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returns.
